CHI and CPI inspectors are certified by ASTTBC – one of the largest professional associations in BC. The Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC has 9,500+ members in many fields relating to applied science and engineering technology.

ASTTBC is a self-governing professional association incorporated under the ASTT Act. With over 50 years as a professional association you can rely on ASTTBC members to protect the public interest.

The Registrar acts as Secretary to the Practice Review Board (PRB), who under the ASTT Act, has the responsibility for the review of registrants' conduct. Staff cannot accept verbal complaints. Complainants should be aware that a false or malicious complaint may result in legal action by other parties.
