The Compliance Assistance Program

As part of the new Consumer Protection BC website, a new program has been launched entitled the 'Compliance Assistance Program'.

The Compliance Assistance Program is designed to help coordinate and manage the flow of tips and alerts often received from licensees, businesses and other stakeholders. While these stakeholders are often not "victims" of violations, Consumer Protection BC relies heavily on them for alerts and updates on potential violations which may be occurring.
