The Registrar acts as Secretary to the Practice Review Board (PRB), who under the ASTT Act, has the responsibility for the review of registrants' conduct. Staff cannot accept verbal complaints. Complainants should be aware that a false or malicious complaint may result in legal action by other parties.

It is important to note that complaints should be registered as quickly as possible before restoration work is started. This provides an opportunity to complete full investigation of an undisturbed site.

Protecting the Public

Consumer Protection BC will be encouraging tipsters to use the Compliance Assistance Complaint form, if they want to report a potential violation.
